HERstory

So at lunch, there was a 2 minute protest due to the 17 billion dollars being taken away from California’s education. I found it very pathetic because one, the people that were on The Walk were being hypocrits and two, if the students left the school, the school would lose even more money. With this being said, I find it very dumb. It’s a good cause because WE are the future. If you take away our education how can we make things brighter? My friends and I were talking about this and we all agree that it is very stupid. And in addition to finding out that it only lasted up to two minutes made things even stupider. One of my friends said that they’ve done it before because of Parkway. But things are no longer the same. Yes, it is difficult to grasp, but you need to realize that you shouldn’t do anything stupid. Other than that, today seems to be running smooth even though I screwed in my first period class. Hopefully afterschool will make up for it :/ I mean I really do wish to pass. It’s just that I’m a screwed up person. Well, I’ll work things out with my teacher and hopefully will get more work done than before. Oh and I hope that my dad understands.
